Yes—every home includes two 50-gallon water heaters. That means hot water stays reliably on tap, even during maintenance or back-to-back ski showers.
What are the ceiling heights throughout the residences?
Ceiling heights vary intentionally by design—9 feet in hallways and kitchens, 10 feet in main living areas, and elevated tray ceilings in bedrooms. Upper-level units even feature soaring vaulted ceilings for that mountain-lodge-meets-modern-luxury vibe.
Will the garages be finished and heated?
Yes. Each garage is fully finished and fitted with ceiling-mounted heaters—so even winter mornings feel welcoming.
Is there a central vacuum system in the residences?
The “vacuum” closet is a handy storage nook—but central vac systems aren’t included.

Are the residences wired for phone and cable services?
Yes. A central terminal is installed in each residence, with dedicated phone and cable outlets ready for activation. Internal wiring? That’s up to you—perfect for those who want a tailored tech setup.
Will security systems/electrical blinds be pre-installed or just pre-wired?
Residences are pre-wired for electronic blinds, giving you the freedom to choose styles that suit your space.
Security systems are also pre-wired, giving you the flexibility to install the setup that fits your lifestyle and peace-of-mind preferences.
I need more space – can two residences be combined to create a larger residence?

Inside, you’ll find snacks, hot drinks, a fireplace lounge, restrooms, and on-site rentals through Fleischer Sport. If you need gear, it’s right there. And when you’re ready to head out, the team will have your boots by your locker and your skis waiting on the mountain.

Is a membership required to use the pool?
No membership required. The rooftop pool and hot tubs are available to all residents and their guests.

Yes, residents can reserve the ski lounge and rooftop area for private events, special occasions, or casual get-togethers. It’s a comfortable, elevated setting for celebrating with family and friends—without ever leaving the property.

The Astrid is on track to receive NGBS Green Certification and meets the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code. We’ve also partnered with Etho Interiors to furnish community spaces with ethically sourced pieces from artisans earning fair, livable wages.

How will utility expenses be managed?
Utility expenses are handled through a simple, streamlined process. Elevated Properties offers a complimentary service that manages all monthly bills on your behalf—everything from electricity to cable and internet.
Charges are itemized in your Unit Portal, and monthly statements are sent for review. You can choose to activate autopay, which gives you a 10-day window to look over each bill before the payment is processed.
If your residence is rented through Elevated Properties, utilities for that period can be deducted directly from rental income. HOA dues can also be included in this service, making it easy to stay on top of all your property-related expenses in one place.
